白癣皮 Cortex Dictamni

功效：清热燥湿，祛风解毒。
主治：湿热疮毒，黄水淋漓，湿疹，风疹，疥癣疮癞，风湿热痹。
脾胃虚寒者慎用。
Efficacy: clearing away heat and dampness, expelling wind and detoxification.
Cure mainly: Damp-heat sore, dripping yellow water, eczema, rubella, scabies sore leprosy, rheumatism-heat numbness.
Use with caution in those with spleen and stomach deficiency.
