生大黄 Rhubarb

大黄具有泻下攻积，清热泻火，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经的功效。
主治积滞便秘，血热吐衄，目赤咽肿，热毒疮疡，烧烫伤，瘀血诸证，湿热痢疾、黄疸、淋证。
Rhubarb has the effects of purging and attacking stagnation, clearing away heat and purging fire, cooling blood and detoxifying, removing blood stasis and stimulating menstruation.
Indications of stagnant constipation, blood-heat vomiting and bleeding, red eyes and throat swelling, heat-toxin sores, burns and scalds, blood stasis syndromes, damp-heat dysentery, jaundice, and stranguria.
大黄泻下通便，入汤剂应后下，不可久煎。
